| | Description: | Antique platinum filigree diamond engagement ring containing 1 European cut diamond weighing an estimated 1.03ct. The diamond has I color and I-1 clarity. The color dispersion is fabulous thanks to the European faceting. The diamond is securely set with 4 substantial prongs yet appears to float on the ring - a lovely effect! Circa 1920's, the setting has a swirling hand pierced filigree design accented with small antique cut diamonds weighing an estimated .40ct. total weight. The ring has a dome shape measuring 6mm tall and 7mm top to bottom.The ring is in excellent condition with much of the original details still intact. Finger size 6.
