The enamel is a royal blue color and there are 6 round diamonds set at the top that weigh an estimated .06ct total weight. The front of the heart is enameled and the back is open, displaying the open leaf pattern. The heart measures approximately 1 inch and hangs from a sterling silver 18 inch wheat chain that can be shortened thanks to a sliding ring. Made by Nicole Barr.
