The diamond is set in the center of the dome shaped ring with .45ct total weight round diamonds bead set around it. There is milgrain accents on the ring that measures approximately 8mm wide tapering to 2.50mm, 5.5mm tall. Lovely vintage ring in very good condition, finger size 6.
