Original silvered dial has gold hands and applied gold dart style markers. 18J Vacheron manual wind movement functioning properly. Inside case stamped Vacheron & Constantin Swiss 18K 6135, 357636. Movement marked Vacheron & Constantin Geneve Swiss 18 Jewels 531055, 1002. Very hard to find with original papers and hang tag.
