| | Description: | Fabulous 18K yellow gold lady's antique pocketwatch made by Patek Philippe & Co Circa 1867. The case has a stipple finish and a flower and ribbon motif is highlighted in black enamel. The huntingcase measures 39mm. The original porcelain dial is in mint condition. The movement is key wind and key set, functioning properly due to recent service. The case is relatively thin for a key wind watch that is over 125 years old. A beautiful piece of history! The front cover is engraved Clara and the inside cover is engraved Clara Parkin. The outer dustcover is engraved as shown. Comes with key and antique box.
