The 35mm case has fancy angular lugs with Swiss quality marks and a screw back case. The original dial has distinctive pink gold markers and center sweep second hand. The case is stamped Vacheron & Constantin Switzerland 383178 18K. Manual wind movement is marked Vacheron & Constantin Geneve Swiss 18J adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 Positions P454/5B 529255. The watch is running and functioning properly.
