| | Description: | Early Vintage 18K rose Gold Patek Philippe Wristwatch with Rose dial as stated on the "Extract from the Archives" Reference 584, manufactured in 1945. 34mm 18K rose gold snap back case with short rounded lugs, Rose dial was professionally restored years ago and has applied rose gold markers, sub seconds at 6 o'clock, and printing of Bauer & Cia to denote the retailer it was made for. 12-120 manual wind movement is in excellent condition and keeps excellent time. Stamped Patek Philippe & Co. Geneve Swiss 18K 509526. Movement marked Patek Philippe & Co. Geneve Swiss No. 928064 18J adjusted 5 positions.
