| | Description: | Lord Elgin 1940's wristwatch in 14K pink gold filled square case on original pink gold filled expansion link bracelet. The case is square, measuring approximately 21mm and has cool extended flexible lugs that measure approximately 37mm from top to bottom where the band attaches. The copper colored dial appears original featuring sub seconds and a combination of Roman numerals and stick markers. The watch is running properly thanks to recent service. Overall, the watch shows some honest wear, light scratches mostly, with no wear thru as you can see in the pictures. The band has lost some of its original spring but still expands a bit, measuring approximately 7.25 inches long, total length including the watch. Case stamped Cased and Timed by Elgin National Watch Co. Schwag and Wuischpard 14K Gold Filled 160479. Movement marked Elgin 559 U.S.A. 21 Jewels C910460. A very nice vintage piece that is suitable for a man or a woman.
