| | Description: | 16 Size Elgin Veritas railroad pocket watch Circa 1901. The gold filled case measures 53mm and features hand engraved detail including flowers and a bird on the case back. The watch has a coin edge bezel and the case shows no wear thru. The original porcelain double sunk dial has Arabic numerals and sub seconds. There is a hairline near 3 o clock. The 23J lever set movement is running and functioning well. The case is stamped Premier Guaranteed Five Years 5398123. The movement is marked Elgin Ill. U.S.A. Veritas 23 Jewels 9595839.
