| | Description: | Vintage oversize 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe rectangle wristwatch with Tiffany signed dial. Reference 431, manufactured in 1940 as stated on the "Extract from the Archives". Large curved rectangular case that measures 45mm from lug to lug, case width is 25.5mm excluding the crown. Beautiful silver dial is signed Tiffany in original hard baked enamel, Sub second dial at 6 o'clock, applied raised gold Breguet numerals, background has been refreshed. Patek Philippe 18 jewel movement is running and functioning properly. This watch is presented with the "Extract from the Archives". Case stamped 18K Patek Philippe & Co Geneve Swiss 418428, January 1941. Movement marked Patek Philippe & Co Geneve Swiss 18 Jewels No. 833758.
