| | Description: | 18K yellow gold vintage Patek Philippe square wristwatch with conical pointed lugs. Reference 2491 circa 1953. 18K yellow gold snap back case measures 22.5 x 22.5 mm. Acrylic crystal, beautiful conical lugs, textured dial has pointed applied gold hour markers and sub seconds at 6 o'clock. The dial looks to have been professionally restored in the past as it does show some age and patina. Comes with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives. Case stamped Patek Philippe & Co. Geneve Swiss 18K 2491, 677252. Movement marked Patek Philippe & Co. Swiss 18 Jewels No. 740479.
